Welcome to the web site for Washington State Emergency Management, a Division of the Washington Military Department. The men and women of this Division are dedicated to their mission of protecting the lives and property of the people of the state, as well as preserving the environmental and the economic health of Washington.
This web site is intended to inform you quickly and efficiently about the programs in public education, exercise and training, homeland security and other activities that are geared toward helping us to fulfill our mission. We are constantly looking for innovative ways to carry out our responsibilities, and we will be presenting those programs through this web site to assure that the service you are seeking is easily found and easily used.
