Three free refresher trainings on TTY and effective communication access to Deaf, Deaf-Blind, Hard of Hearing and Speech Disabled callers are being offered to primary and secondary PSAP and WSP Tellecommunicators in Wenatchee on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. - review of relay services used by Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing people
- demonstration of video and internet protocol relay services
- review of information presented in the first-time training
- Discussion on ASL gloss
