The MYN Tracking Spreadsheet is designed to assist you in tracking MYN activities within your jurisdiction. After you complete the spreadsheet, please send us a copy of the spreadsheet by email with the total number of individuals and the total number of MYN Groups that have formed within your jurisdiction for the Reporting Period.
