The workshop was designed to familiarize Senior Public Officials on their roles and responsibilities before, during, and after an emergency and to provide instruction on Public Policy, Emergency Management Fundamentals, Public Information, and the Incident Command System (ICS).
Selection Criteria: The target audience for this workshop was Elected and Appointed Public Officials in Washington State.
