Request for Fire Management Assistance Subgrant

The Request for Fire Management Assistance (RFMA) (FEMA Form 90-133) is an applicant’s official notification of their intent to apply for fire management assistance. The EMD Program Coordinator will provide each potential applicant with the form. EMD receives all RFMAs and submits them to FEMA. The RFMAs are due to FEMA within 30 days after the close of the incident period. FEMA notifies EMD of applicant eligibility approval. (Click on the Forms link for this form.)
